    Sampling

    Our lab prepares a sample based on the agreed formulation. You review it and share feedback, and we can revise the content or form before you give final approval.

    Brand & Packaging Design

    Your brand identity is carried through to packaging, labeling, and box design. You can bring your own design or work with our team, and we check regulatory compliance at this stage.

  4. 4

    Manufacturing

    Full-scale production begins using the approved formulation and packaging design. We track raw materials and process steps throughout to make sure every batch matches the approved sample.

    Quality Control

    Every batch goes through physical, chemical, and microbiological quality control before shipment. Only products that meet the defined standards move on to the next stage.

  6. 6

    Delivery

    Products that pass quality control are packaged and delivered ready to launch under your brand. We can also support logistics and storage depending on your needs.

Yes, we prepare a sample of your chosen formulation before moving to full-scale production. You can request feedback and revisions on the sample, and we only proceed to manufacturing after your approval.

How long does the process take?

Can I develop my own custom formula (R&D)?
Yes. You can either use our existing proven formulas (Private Label) or develop a custom formulation from scratch (Custom R&D) specifically for your brand together with our expert chemists.
Is your manufacturing facility GMP compliant?
Absolutely. Our facility has international GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and ISO quality certificates. All our products are manufactured in sterile and safe environments at European standards.
Do you support legal notifications and certification processes?
Yes, we professionally manage all bureaucratic and legal processes on your behalf, from UTS (Product Tracking System) registrations to safety assessment reports (MSDS).
Can I get sample products?
We definitely provide you with samples during the R&D and formulation stage so you can test the texture, scent, and stability of the products. Mass production does not start without your approval.
